2kg is almost 5lbs. when i drink it's like 2000 calories, and if i really binge i can eat maybe 4000 calories per day i'd guess. so maybe 3 pounds. if it's all surplus calories somehow. so i'd guess you're not really so far behind as you think. but it depends on exactly what you ate.
